The leadership theory I would like to reflect on is servant leadership theory. Northhouse (2013) servant leadership theory reflects on similar characteristics as authentic leadership. Northhouse (2013) discussed how empowering and ethical servant leaders are with their associates. The characteristics of servant leadership that is similar to authentic leadership would be conceptualization, building community, healing and empathy. As for the characteristics of the authentic leadership approach, it is listed as establishing trusting relationships with others, understanding the purpose, having strong values in doing the right thing (ethically) and being enthusiastic about their assignment (Northhouse, 2013).
Quiet Strength talks about a lot of things. Respect is a just one part of Tony’s journey. Though respect may seem little, it can have a huge impact on our lives. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to keep friends, have good relationships with co-workers and teachers, or even keep a job. Quiet Strength is a reminder to respect others and put our trust in God.

Servant leadership is rare when compared to other leadership styles. The term servant leadership was coined by Robert K. Greenleaf, in his essay, “Servant Leaders” (Center for Servant Leadership, n.d.). However, servant leadership can be traced back to biblical times, with Jesus being the perfect example of a servant leader.
I am in total agreement with Clark Pinnock. All of Christendom needs to regard the Spirit’s stirring among the Body of Christ in Pentecostal groups. The church can fulfill the Great Commission more effectively if we take in the consideration of a Pentecostal ecclesiology. Because the Holy Spirit bears witness to Jesus, and through his presence brings Christ’s presence to the church to endow it with the Father’s presence for the world, a Spirit ecclesiology can and must remain highly Christological and Trinitarian in its theological foundation.
