Early Christianity stemmed from Judaism, and it started off in the Roman empire. At first, Romans did not care about Christianity and they saw it as a subset of Judaism, but in the second, third, and beginning of the fourth centuries, Roman politics persecuted Christians and threw them in jail because of their faith (Duiker and Spielvogel 2015, 151). When Constantine I came to power, though, he advocated for Christianity and converted to Christianity himself (Frassetto 2017). This changed the Roman view of Christianity, and it helped Christianity to rise in power. The politics of the Roman empire influenced Christianity because they caused persecution of early Christians, they caused Christianity to grow, and because they influenced the
In Judea, around 30 A.D., Jesus of Nazareth, a man whom many Jews believed to be the messiah, preached about the gospel. This composed an incipient religion, Christianity. Christianity took hold in the antediluvian world expeditiously. Some reasons that it took hold in the archaic world expeditiously was because it edified about sempiternal life. It additionally took hold because of their notions and their notion that everyone was identically tantamount.

The Middle East is a place that was the birthplace for many cultures and religions such as Christianity and Islam. One of the primary differences between the spread of Islam and Christianity is the directions in which they spread.

The current paper seeks to compare and contrast the three religions: Zoroastrianism, Judaism, and Christianity. Beginning with the similarities, the three religions trace their origin and early history in the Middle-East.

In general, Christians believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ, Satan, and the idea of life after death in Heaven or Hell. According to the World Scriptures text, Christianity was a missionary religion that quickly spread throughout the Roman Empire. Around 500 B.C.E the Zoroastrian Persian Empire spread from the Arabian sea to Mediterranean sea, which overlapped with Christianity at the time (Van Voorst 265).
