According to (history.com) the length of President Washington he thought he was getting worse and he couldn't do it for longer. Secondly, President Washington accomplished the constitution before he retired. Washington accomplished a lot before he left Presidency. After being president George went to farms and grew crops and he did great with his crops. Last, before President Washington was president he a lieutenant of the armies, he was a planter also.
Andrew Jackson was the first so called "people 's president". up until his administration government was becoming more concentrated in the hands of the aristocratic forces of the country. He made many choices that could be considered wrong but he made the decisions based on his desire to keep common Americans in control of the government. When reading about Gehrig before reading his speech, I found out that he retired because of a disease that was crippling and is now named after him. That is why in his farewell speech he did not want pity, which in my opinion shows great character. If you look at the speeches given today they always have some sort of pity poor me in them. Gehrig was 39 when diagnosed and still didn't have that attitude. I suppose that is just another reason I really enjoyed this speech.
Ya it is kind of hard for me and my family because my dad has infection and his ankle broke a year ago, his shoulder was broke at about 2 years ago and it still not fully healed. Now his heart is skipping beats. His one lung is all scared and his other lung might be getting that bad too. I just wish the doctors would figure him out. It is hard because my dad has lost over 65 pounds in less than a weak.
Matter of fact, Jackson was the first president to hold strong campaigns in order to gain support. Before this moment, it was considered rude for the candidates to tell people to vote for them. One can acknowledge that the author added a picture to show a kid, but the kid looks obiest that is eating a cheese burger. If the creator would of state" feeding obiest kids fast food (junkfood) it would be a way more effective and powerful ad because it is reasonable to feed more fat to overweight kids. Jose Antonio Navarro was a very important man because he was involved in the Texas Revolution. He was born on February 27, 1795, and he was sent to Saltillo, Mexico as a young child, and injured his leg that didn 't heal properly which caused him to have a limp. The same year he injured his leg father died from a severe illness. He learned the merchant trade which was his father´s occupation, and has his own trade post, but specialized in Mexican Law. Which didn´t really make any sense.
