The city’s center (downtown area or central business district or CBD) plays a significant role in the social, cultural, financial and political development. This area distinguished by special features differ it from any other areas. This area is characterized by its centralized location, commercial centers, cultural buildings, governance center and main public spaces. Different activities performed within the city center area because of concentration of many activities in one place and different resources are available within reasonable walking distance.
