I see Lewis & Clark College as I place where I can thrive because Lewis & Clark fosters global thinking and diversity. These qualities are attractive because our international community is expanding every day, and it is our generation 's responsibility to build a more inclusive world. We have the power and the duty to make a difference, and schools, like Lewis & Clark that are dedicated to making global leaders, are our opportunity to become effective advocates of this mission. If given the opportunity, I can impact Lewis & Clark 's campus through my own dedication to the spread of knowledge. By learning and helping others learn, I want to work toward a more diverse and inclusive environment.

Human connection is an essential component to keep our world stirring in a happy and healthier way. Hands signify assistance and this hand full of individuals assist the world in generating social connection. Growing up, being socially connected has not solely been a contribution but it has become a part of me. I have always believed there was something indescribably wonderful about being a part of a classroom of individuals who are linked together for the same purpose.
