Classroom management and management of student conduct are skills that teachers acquire and hone over time. These skills almost never "jell" until after a minimum of few years of teaching experience. To be sure, effective teaching requires considerable skill in managing the myriad of tasks and situations that occur in the classroom each day(Bob Kizlik, 2016). A good classroom management is important because it will affect how students learn and we as a teacher should make it happen by making sure that we follow a correct procedure for a good classroom management plan.

In a classroom, communication between teachers and students serve as a medium between the two sides. Teacher-student communication and effective two-way communication will ensure the existence of a good environment in the classroom. Although not all teachers are able to understand all the problems faced by all students in the classroom, some teachers who are concerned with the quality of communication with students during the learning process will be able to collect as many information as possible about students who struggled with learning disabilities.
