Economic:
Qatar’s oil and natural gas resources are the country’s main economic engine. So when there is changing in these resources this will affect on the convince store. The income for the students’ families can change so maybe they will give them more or less money. This will affect on the convince store’s sales, because the students’ ability to buy have changed.
Socio-Cultural:
As it written in the Central International Agency website, there are non-Qatari 88.4%, Qatari 11.6%. Each of the citizens and residents used to eat different kinds of food. So this should take into our consideration. This will help the convenience store to choose what are suitable for all students by providing national and international products with a wide range of various choices.

In CNA-Q the student will need a place for the convenience store that is near to all buildings. Also, as Catherine said: “Ample parking space is another requirement for any grocery store”. Coles Supermarket Australia Pty Ltd is an Australian supermarket, owned by Wesfarmers. It is commonly known as Coles and was founded on 9th April 1914 in Smith St, Collingwood, Victoria. Till now, Coles has operated over 700 stores throughout Australia and employs over 100,000 employees. It controls 35% of Australian supermarket industry.
