Ken Carter was born in Fernwood, Mississippi, MS on January 1, 1959. Ken started coaching at Richmond High School in 1999. As much as his players proceeded through Carter set a standard goal for his players to reach. Those goals were to teach them how to be well educated, show some class, and to respect each other.
