What is Coaching?
Coaching is a way to develop people's skills and abilities to enhance their performance and can help to address issues before they become major problems. Coaching is a way of thinking to find solutions, learning, and development.
Eric Parsloe (1999, P. 8) defined coaching as “a process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve. To be successful a Coach requires knowledge and understanding of process as well as the variety of styles, skills, and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which the coaching takes place”.

Mentoring is a long-term relationship. Goals can change but are usually determined by the mentor. The mentor has both the goals and the processes through which the program is implemented. The feedback comes from the mentors who guide the mentee. The mentor develops knowledge, understanding, experience, and vision through self-assessment, and this makes the mentee more aware of their experiences.
One of the advantages of mentoring is familiarizing it to the culture and environment of any organization. There are different models of mentoring for example:
One-on-one mentoring
This model is either formal or informal by matching mentor and mentee together and the two are involved in the design of the structure of the program and timeframe or as planned in the official mentoring program.
Group mentoring
In this model, the mentor works with a group of mentees at one time and this gathering helps everyone to develop their skills and knowledge.

Helping people get better at things is just one way an adult can help younger people. For example, Excellent coaching requires the ability to treat athletes as more than sports figures. You must have a genuine concern for the players’ personal lives, rather than viewing outside influences as distractions.
We are a Sports Connect Organization–the qualities of a great sports coach help athletes learn, experience, enjoy their job, adapt, have sportsmanship, and work together. A coach’s experience is essential on a multitude of levels. They will be a role model for your athlete for many years. Their teaching style needs to nurture and foster their experience; to formulate their potential that can be unlocked and evolved later in life. There are the coaches who think they know everything, the coaches who know what they are doing but do not care, and the coaches that actually care and want to succeed. First, the coaches that think they know what they are doing. These types of coaches act like they know the game, but they really do not.
People are influenced by the ones around them; these people can have positive or negative influences. Mentors are role models for you look up to and learn from. The only way for mentors to have a positive influence is if they are heard. Listening is the key. In the novel To Kill A Mockingbird, Harper Lee creates mentors for Scout to show listening to the advice of those before you can lead to strong morals and an understanding of others.
There are two types of coaches in this world, the one that encourages and the one that screams at his players. Every coach has their own way of teaching, but some are more successful than others. Each coach has perks and benefits, but a positive attitude always is more effective. Coaches who motivate, who show humility, and who are intelligent more effectively lead than a coach who uses aggression to motivate, who is not humble, and who lets emotion control their minds. Motivation is the key to success in every sport, and only a coach that is patient and inspirational can achieve that goal.

He has to go to the army to teach a group of students that struggle to learn. Each student has certain problems that Bill has to help them solve and overcome.
A sport coach is a great profession for people who are passionate about certain sports. To be a great coach you need a solid foundation in your chosen sport, but you also need dedication and a passion for working with young athletes. There are many children and teenagers who become athletes because they like a certain sport, but with time they realize that they gain so much more than just sport skills. They gain discipline, motivation, friends and much more. So there 's a lot of moral responsibility that comes from coaching a team, but there are also other factors to take into account.
