1.0 INTRODUCTION Coca-Cola one of the most valuable brand name in the world and one of the most visible companies worldwide, at the same time the world number one producers and marketers of soft beverages drinks. This success of the company depend on several key factors, which includes recognised and brand, great marketing strategies, external relationship with their network and has a flexible structure which encourage innovation. Coca-Cola is admired and known for its strength of brand but has not always been a squeaky clean company that never had problems. The stock price of Coca Cola fall to same price as it was 10 years ago. Coca-Cola primarily own and market four of the world’s top five non-alcoholic sparkling beverage brands such as Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Fanta and Sprite. Coca-Cola not only own more than 500 non-alcoholic beverage brands, primarily sparkling beverages but also a variety of drinking waters, juices, energy drinks and ready-to-drink coffee and tea. This allows Coca-Cola companies to serve more than 1 billion of its products to customers each day. The stock price of the company in 2005 is the same price as it was 10 years ago. The situation happen because have small problem occurred in Belgium in 1999 when a few kids fell ill after drink a Coca-Cola product. The management had to recall the certain product in Belgium, soon after, every item Coca-Cola is pulled off in every store. Coca-Cola loss their reputation and the management fail to get respect back from people at that time. Investor started selling their share in Coca-Cola.
