Some drink coffee every morning. Some drink it every afternoon to partner it with their bread. Some also drink it every night when they need something that would prevent them to feel sleepy. Hence, drinking coffee has been people’s daily routine nowadays (Burkeman, 2013). In the past years, one major industry that bloomed and had been increasing in number is the coffee shops. Since people really love to drink coffee, we visit coffee shops often. Some visit coffee shops twice, thrice a day. Behind that enjoyment waste is actually produced everytime people buy coffee on coffee shops. Actually after the baristas make the coffee using the coffee maker, coffee waste is left from the coffee maker (Crimmins, 2012). As coffee culture is developing in the country, there is also a corresponding increase in the accumulation of coffee by products. After brewing, the wet coffee is then disposed of the garbage.
