College should be free in the United States “Education should be a right, not a privilege. We need a revolution in the way that the United States funds higher education” (Senator Bernie Sanders). Colleges should be free for everyone in the United States because college education is very essential in our country. In Fact, all people deserve to attend free college because we need those brilliant brains that contribute the new ideas and new invention for the better future of this country. First, free college tuition would encourage more students to attend college and they would be able to pay more focus on graduation instead of always thinking about where to get money in order to be in next semester.
People with a college diploma are likely to be more productive in society. College gives students a glimpse of careers to seek. College is worth going to because there is diversity, a social life, and careers. The first reason college is worth going to is because of diversity. For starters, some people might think diversity is not that important, but it is important because it expands how people think and perspectives (“Is a College Education Worth it?”).
There might be some changes and adjustments if the government will pursue and approve having tuition-free in college, but the benefit that it will give each and every family is the important goal. Still, there might be a division of people who sympathizes in two groups (which are those who agrees and disagrees) for they can see and predict what would possibly be the result of a free debt for college, but no matter where they look forward to, at the end, the government is still the one to decide whether to pursue a free tuition in college or not. In life everyone wants to have nice things and lots of money so college will help you with that. Some people may say college leaves you in debt. Yes this is true but you will have a higher paying job so that you can pay it off quicker. The most obvious benefit of free college is that college attendance will increase. By increasing college attendance, America will become a much more developed and educated society. Additionally, another critical benefit in favor of free community college is the fact that people will graduate with little to no debt.
Making college free would benefit the nation greatly, making the unemployment rate and dropout stats go down with tuition being now affordable. College being free will make fewer people who foresee other help along with people being able to do what they want without being thousands of dollars in debt. Colleges need to make education free for anyone dedicated to becoming something. To start off, free tuition will allow the student to concentrate on their studies and not jobs or debt. Most student going to college or in college have to work part-time jobs to pay for their car payment, phone bill, food, and school tuition.
