The resume that present in front of you is not only the outcome of weeks of work, but also concentrate various sources. This resume was organized so in order to emphasize my education background and the critical skills I have acquired. There are two main reasons I formed my resume in this way, the first reason is the position I applied is a technical position, it required professional skills, especially in statistic filed. The second reason is I do not possess real work experiences, I need make up for lack of work experiences through emphasize my professional skills and education.

In the first section of my resume, I have introduced my education background. I listed two bachelor degrees I have took, one is in China and other one is in United States. Through my education background, the recruiters are able to know my education is high concentrate on economic filed, which is perfect match for the position. I also include my graduation thesis of Jiujinag university (China) in my resume. I believe my graduation project can prove I have knowledge of an academic research environment. Through the information from education section, I think show to the recruiters I am a qualified candidate.

Because the position of Junior Research Economist requires the ability in manage and analysis data, hence in technique skills part, I wrote down the ability to operate statistic software like Stata, SAS. The reason of I reflect such skills in my resume is I think the ability in statistic flied is the critical qualification that the position asked.
