They need the diaper to relive themselves and we as care givers need to be attentive to their need of when they need a change. The diaper rash is usually caused when there is a delay in changing the dirty nappy or when they are not washed properly between the changes. During the beginning of modern Europe, there were conflicting views on the proper way to view children. Previously in history, the infant mortality rate was very high, so kids were treated more like adults and were often neglected because odds were they would die. There was a resounding view that kids should be treated harshly in order to become strong. Then in the seventeenth century, the idea of being tender and gentle to your kids was introduced. The way in children were brought up was influenced by assumptions made on both old and new schools of thought.
The doctor must use things such as the child’s voice, facial expressions, and body movements to decipher how the child feels or how serious a situation might be…”(53). A child depends on a doctor because they can 't help themselves. Due to the fact that many are too young to understand what is happening or the fear of being in a serious situation or environment leads them to not open up about their pain. A physician who can thin slice a young patient and tell what is wrong just by observation will be far more successful. A doctor who does not have the advanced skills of thin slicing a young patient may make a wrong assumption or

Transitioning from the paediatric to adult care involves a holistic multifaceted, active process that encompasses the health requirements of the young person and transcends beyond specific health condition needs to include the broader context of family, relationships, education, work and social care.1 It is defined as a purposeful, planned process that addresses the medical, psychosocial and educational/vocational needs of adolescents and young people with chronic physical and medical conditions as they move from child-centered to adult oriented health care systems.2 The chronicity of the medical conditions implies that the disease conditions occur more or less throughout life.
