When I have organized all the information I can see a pattern of the subject and can understand better. The summary will just be answer of how well I understood the topic. I do have problems with not understanding all aspects of the topic and realise there are more than one option to write about.
The main topic for this essay is Effective communication. So I would now look up information of effective communication and get as much knowledge upon the subject. The question also states that I must identify and discuss three types of communication barriers and find a solution to the problem. I would again organize all of the information needed for the communication barriers and find which are most important ones and summarise them to find the best solution to overcome them. This will help me become more open minded and have a better outcome in my work. This will also keep my essays have more relevant information as there is no need to talk about one topic in the essay.

It has also has many other headings which talk about effective communication and the ways of avoiding them and what effective communication is all about. This website is a good website to use as it had done its research as they have listed a reference list of where they got all their information from. Watching the "Fireproof" movie, I was able to distinguish several interpersonal communication problems between the main characters. Interpersonal communication is the methods by which people get involved in the conversation to exchange message, information, and feelings to each other both verbally and non-verbally(Stewart, 2012). Every individual has their ideas and approaches to communicate to others. Our processes of communication display as our behavior which causes either success or failure in relationships.
Barriers is a set of objects that separates or marks off or serves as a barricade. Many people face many different barriers all the time. Examples of barriers are fear of heights, fear of people, personal issues, death, insecurity, lack of confidence, self-esteem, mental illnesses, inexperience, and disability. My barriers started two years ago. Two years ago i started having trust issues towards my friends because they kept lying to me.
Stephanie Malinowski wrote an op-ed article questioning Thomas L. Friedman’s Optimism in “30 Little Turtles”. In addition, Malinowski criticizes Friedman when he generalized the Indians and how he based most of his article on his personal experience. Not to mention that Malinowski used quotes to support her evidence and make the reader question Friedman’s credibility. Malinowski is effective when she summarizes by telling the reader what she is criticizing, her use of paraphrasing to help the reader understand her point of view, and her use of quotes to support the evidence she gives. Summaries are used when someone uses the main points to explain something in a quick manner.

Most relationships begin with some form of communication, whether it is verbal or non-verbal, so being able to communicate effectively is important for developing positive relationships whether with children of differing age groups or adults. The way we come across i.e. the tone and volume of our voice, our body language, whether we keep eye contact etc. and the messages this sends out is important because if we relate to others in a positive way then it will be easier to develop a more positive relationship. This time I have connected the paragraphs together. I had a better thesis statement. I had good topic sentences in each paragraph. The topic sentences were connected to the thesis. I had also used quotes better after using quotes I have cited them properly and explained the quote better.
Communication is effected by a mixture of variables such as an “authority gradient”, style of communication and fatigue which impacts the way information is communicated between people. These factors can form a barrier called the “authority gradient” where individuals are classified on factors such as level of education, gender or job position which determines how much control they have over a situation.
Introduction Communication is a very powerful thing and it is so powerful that humans and animals can interact with each other and communication is inevitable and it is either verbal or non-verbal and it can be effective or ineffective and it important that communication is effective or else you as an individual will not be able to build relationships and maintain them for a long time.
