Under such a circumstance, the proliferation of mutual contacts calls for China’s readiness to create a livable and convenient environment for its international visitors. Restrictive Function
Public signs may restrict people’s actions to comply with the social conventions, for instance, “右侧行驶/KEEP RIGHT”, “残疾人专用通道/ WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE”.
