In the book The Diary of Anne Frank by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett, Anne Frank is a 13 year old girl who has to go into hiding because of the Nazi Party. As they are in hiding a new person has arrived to stay. Mr. Dussel was a German dentist. In the story Mr. Dussel is cruel, inconsiderate, and very picky. Mr.Dussel is cruel the more we get to know him in the story. He is talking to Mr.Van Daan after Anne wakes up from a nightmare. Mr. Van Daan thought someone was murdering Anne and Mr.Dussel said he wished Anne was getting murdered (pg. 477). Later on when Peter asks about his cat Mr. Dussel says “someone was having a nice big dinner from that cat” (pg. 492) Mr. Dussel is constantly being inconsiderate. When Anne is up from the nightmare
