The Artist is Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci (Leonardo da Vinci), born on 15 April 1452 – 2 May 1519, He was an Italian polymath whose interest was covered in many areas such as: cartography, history, writing, botany, astronomy, geology, anatomy, literature, engineering, mathematics, music, science, architecture, sculpting, invention and painting.He was called the father of palaeontology, iconology and architecture.He is one of the greatest painter of all time.

the space isn 't covered that much but the space covered is mostly by the lady because the background is empty so its a little open and things do overlap and the focal point is the lady’s face and than the ermine.
