It was like a movie scene after a war, but instead, it was happening right in front of our eyes and was flipping and destroying everything that we have worked for around here. The faces of people around me are something that shattered my mind and will always be a vision in my mind, they sprinted around the place trying not to get hit, there were tears flowing down their faces and screams that I still hear echoing in my mind as I sleep at
When the beast is first brought not many people believe its true while the fear of the beast strikes other people really quickly. Fear can manipulate and influence people 's actions and choices. The following quote shows how piggy isn 't scared of the beast because he doesn 't believe its real so he is calm and isn 't freaking out about the beast. "I know there isn 't no beast—not with claws and all that, I mean—but I know there isn 't no fear, either" (Golding 84). But the boys that are afraid of the beast are afraid because they don 't know much about it they do not know much about it to fight it

At the beginning of the book, the horror effects of the spiral have killed a character’s father, while producing frightening images slightly before his death. The spiral is represented as a creepy image of the town and how it’s started to break down every person who began to notice and see it. In this case of the book, the spiral is used for objectification as an obsession of certain things. According to chapter three, of the book Uzumaki, when Azami realized her moon-shaped car had no effect on Shuichi like any other guy she began to obsess over it (Page 91). Try as you may fear will still find you now matter how fast you run. King definitely accentuates this point and establishes the debilitating effect that it has wrought upon the lives of the Losers Club as they spiral back into the pit of despair they had all just finished crawling out of. In seeing this the reader is left there, just as helpless as the poor souls being tormented by the demonic Pennywise. This is a novel that has had a heightened effect on me. Not only has it enthralled me in the mythos of Stephen King, it has also scared me, something I had not thought possible in a

Like in his movie Beatlejuice he uses close ups when Barbra and her husband got taken out of the ghost world and put back into the human world but they were dying and it showed a close up on their faces when they were dying and turning really old. Another example is from his movie Edward Scissorhands when Edward was tricked into breaking into Jim’s house and the alarm goes off and he gets locked into a room it zooms in on Edward’s face to show that he is scared and terrified.
