Satisfaction for customers has always been my main goal; to see someone wearing an item I forecasted as a major trend is something I find exciting and inspirational. To see someone engage with a product emotionally, is truly incredible. I believe clothing is not only about what you wear or how you style something but is more a form of expressing one’s identity and expressing how one feels.

Part 1 Explain the process of competency restoration. According to Hubbard, Zapf, & Ronan, (2003), “Competency restoration is the process used when an individual charged with a crime is found by a court to be incompetent to stand trial, typically due to an active mental illness or an intellectual disability.” Before the legal process can continue, a suspect should be restored to competency. That gives the suspect the chance to consult with his or her defense lawyer to have a factual and rational understanding of the legal proceedings.

This course hasn’t influenced my career plans, but it has enhanced how I manage my projects and interact with colleagues on a daily basis. Furthermore, this class and all of my future classes will really be useful as I retire and become a self-employed government contractor. Reading about companies like Lincoln Electric, and how well they manage their employees and business inspires me to incorporate many of those techniques into my own company vision and mission. I’m using more critical thinking in my day-to-day activities and decision making. Critical thinking forces me to slow down and make better decisions.

It will outline the competencies of each nursing educational level, mainly, the associate degree nursing (ADN) and the baccalaureate degree nursing (BDN) programs. These competencies were revised and approved by the Texas board of nursing (TX BON) to assure public safety. So, they are the foundation of the nursing education programs and serve as a guide for professional nurses to provide safe, competent, and patient-centered care. The DECs have twenty-five competencies grouped under four main nursing roles.
