Neshaminy Interact Club is a service learning organization. The goal of Neshaminy interact is to help make the world a better place. They have projects going on throughout the year. The projects I participated in while in Neshaminy Interact club are engaging, excellent and ethical. Neshaminy Interact is engaging because I felt fulfilled in the project that I participated in.
As I understand not only do Keystone Community Services own community reach out, but other nearby communities reach out Keystone assistances. It will be great to see Keystone Community Services make a change and expand their serving into other geographic areas. All in all, I think that if I was to have an opportunity to work with Keystone Community Services I would love to be a part of this awesome organization. The organization and mission are a high-functioning organization that appreciates its distinct role in the community, a community that I would enjoy exploring my social work

Being selected and serving in The National Honor Society would truly be a honor. Being selected into this program would be important to me because of the opportunities it offers. I have heard of The National Honor Society but never had to the chance to serve in it. This being my first time would really allow me to immerse myself in beneficial learning and serving along side my peers. I will be able to expand my leadership skills while being able to serve my community that I longing wanted to give back to because of all it has given me throughout my life here in Columbus.
There are many positive attributes and assets that I possess. One of them is I am hard working; this will help our FFA chapter because I will venture to make a better and stronger chapter. Another positive attribute is I am reliable; I will strive to be at all of the meetings and activities that the chapter will bestow upon me. Last of all, I am a leader because I am passionate about the things I do while being open minded to the opinions of others. The FFA Chapter has many activities for members to participate in.
Furthermore, I lead some of my classes, teaching them how do some of the work while having patience and confidence as I help them. I want to join National Honor Society for several reasons. I want to gain more leadership experiences as I surround myself with people have have the same academic goals as me. This club has volunteering
The National Honor Society is an opportunity for many students, who are well educated with dreams and leaderships skills, to upgrade themselves. The sole purpose of this organization is to endeavor leaders in different societies to help out their community. It will help colleges to notify the leaders when looking at students’ resumes, for those students in this organization will be the few who are well-developed leaders in their school. Since this will be the first time to be given the opportunity to contribute to this organization, I may not know everything about the requirements in which I need to manage. However, it is clear to me that I must work as a leader and manage many services for my community.
I would get actively involved in the activities sponsored by the NHS and will support my peers. I will propose new ideas to my peers and work with them to achieve growth and success in the selected tasks. Another way I could contribute is by spreading the word or doing presentations of the benefits of being a member of the NHS. The National Honor Society
By combining art and community, humans are capable of reaping immense benefits such as “Means to public dialogue, contribute to the development of a community’s creative learning, create healthy communities capable of action, provide a powerful tool for community mobilization and activism, and help build community capacity and leadership,” (Dimond-Gibson). Throughout history to present times art funding within communities has always reaped positive benefits, especially amongst learning, funding, and health. When communities start funding and incorporating art they notice changes within. It begins to encourage students, teachers, community workers and tourism to feel involved
I would be a good fit in the Roger Williams University Honors program for a multitude of reasons. I obtain the qualities of someone who is ready to become a leader, as well as the best version of myself possible.I have participated in multiple activities, clubs, and service projects throughout my life. A few qualities that make me a suitable candidate would be, my motivation, dependability, and ability to put others before myself. During my four years at Sandwich High School, I was involved in numerous clubs and activities. This can be shown on my application;however, that list does not show the impact it had on me.
Service and leadership have been important assets that I have worked at achieving all throughout and before high school. Whether it be through Girl Scouts, Interact EC, or SMYLE, I find that service opportunities are never a chore but something I look forward to doing. Wherever my path may go after Daniel Hand, I can know for certain that I will continue to be a part of leading and serving the communities I am a part of. Induction into the National Honors Society would be a great honor, and I would like the sincerely thank you all for considering
Because I am not from Alabama, I knew that this program was going to be an excellent way to get involved and meet people in a smaller setting before classes start – but I never expected the impact that the people I met this week would have had on me. Whether it was the amazing student leaders or the freshman in my project group at Taylorville, I met some of the most genuine people in my life and they really helped to solidify my view of this school and made me feel like I belong here, like I’m home. It wasn’t just the fact that we spent a majority of this past week together that made us connect, but it was our drive to
Aguila Youth Leadership Institute has taught me many things over the last two years I have been part of it. I have learned many things from how to make myself look better in front of colleges to how to be confident in myself and where I come from. I came into Aguila knowing very little and since then I have learned lessons that will help me now and later in my life. To pay it forward with what I have learned in Aguila I will tell people about this and how it is not just about getting help for college like some people think it is, it is about helping yourself build a future for yourself and generations to come. Furthermore, I will pay it forward by coming back and helping those who are helping me right
First off, I am humbled to be considered for membership of the National Honor Society. In my opinion on the foundation of the four pillars of NHS the FPC NHS chapter will benefit from my membership because I will bring intellect, drive, leadership, character, dedication to serve my community, honesty, respect, pride, discipline, compassion and among many other qualities a sense of humor. As an active member of my school and community I work hard to serve not just myself but those around me. I am an active volunteer throughout Flagler County as previously stated. I am a teenage volunteer at the Florida Hospital Flagler.
I have had many different outstanding educational experiences in my past, like AP and Honors classes, clubs and volunteering in my community. My educational experiences have taught me to challenge myself and become a part of different organizations related to serving the community, which will prepare me to be a successful member for the East Carolina University
