Concealed carriers are in more and more danger when having to warn people. The carriers and people around are getting hurt because of it. Concealed carriers should not have to warn before shooting a robber or intruder.
Warning before shooting could put carriers in danger. In the english 12 survey, a female responded. “No warning could put me in danger” she went on to explain that if she warns someone it gives them a chance to attack first. Another survey from a male says, “if the intruder threatens you need to act quickly.” the male explained that he would not have time to warn someone if they were coming after him. Intruders could be carrying weapons. If an intruder has a weapon or a robber has a weapon it puts everyone around in danger. …show more content…

There are the slip ups in the system where someone dangerous gets a gun. It very rarely happens but it does happen. The people who are concealed carriers are always educated of the laws and rights they have in the world. The probability that a licensed concealed carrier shoots an innocent person is under 1%. They are not dangerous to us and they have to warn to give the person a chance to stop what they are doing. Many carriers are less likely to commit any crime such as drunk driving or violent acts towards other. People who have taken classes that i talked to all told me the instructors almost tell them not to warn if it a dire situation. It can put other people in danger or yourself in danger. Warning can be a very good thing if the person does not have a weapon that can kill you immediately. Then you give the person a chance to refrain from the crime and not die. So there are positives to warning people to keep the person safe if it is a misunderstanding. Most times it isnt a misunderstanding if they are committing a crime they aren't doing it on accident. Most concealed carriers only conceal carry to protect themselves if they are in danger. So in most cases the carrier would never have to pull their gun because they aren't being assaulted. Many times the self defense happens in a person's house. This means most carriers would never even pull a gun in
