Having identified the clear factors, the next step is to confirm the factor structure. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to perform a confirmatory factor analysis on the proposed model. As can be seen, the model consists of a seven structure. Specifically the structure consists of variables (Economic value, Development Value, Psychological Value, Social Value and Functional Value, Employer brand perceived by employees, Employer brand experienced by employees, Behavior at work, Employee satisfaction, Employee Commitment and Intention to stay), There are a number of tests to ascertain whether an SEM model fits the observed data. The chi-square (χ2 ) test provides a statistical test of the null hypothesis that the model fits the data, …show more content…
Validity refers to the degree to which the questions measure what they are measuring. Validity of questionnaires can be pilot-tested to eliminate and identify any occurring problems before administering the questionnaire. Another way of ensuring validity is to use questions from previous researches. In this research, the pilot-testing method of research was used to ensure validity was found to be the most suitable option for exploratory research. (Malhotra and Birks, 2007, 159.)
Checking the reliability and validity of the research instrument is more important before starting any kind of analysis , especially in respect of conducting multivariate analysis with Structural equation modeling(Dillon,W.R and M.Goldstein 1984:Hair et al,2010),validity testing means testing the instrument whether it has the ability to measure what it intends to measure. The two forms of validity testing are 1) content validity 2) Construct validity.

Content validity refers to the degree to which a research instrument accurately represents the specific dimensions of a research construct it purpose to examine. By doing so the content validity addresses the adequacy of the research instrument. The opinion .was collected from panel members comprising of experts in the fields of statistics and marketing to decide the content validity of the questionnaire. Their suggestions were incorporated in order to cover subject
The target respondents were invited to complete the questionnaire and directed them to a brief explanation of the research. If a respondent volunteered to participate they were able to read the instructions and complete the questionnaire online from any internet-connected device. Contact details of the researcher were also provided in the initial description of the form should the respondent have any enquiry regarding the questionnaire. Data were collected on 23rd December 2015 from 8 a.m. until 8 a.am 24th December 2015. The length of time for data collection was considered ideal as it allowed a sufficient amount of time for interested respondent to participate in the study.
In order to develop a standardized test that is valid and reliable, the
1. How are reliability and validity related to each other? Why is each important? (60-80 words) Reliability and validity are concepts that go hand in hand. These concepts are related to each other and they are needed to keep the quality of assessments.

The essay “The More Factor” by Laurence Shames explains about the Americans desire of wanting more and more. Personal factors are within a child’s genes which influence their development and change how the brain works. This can influence a child’s personality and health. Genetics: are what triggers a disability. This could be an impairment of cognitive ability or physical growth so this means the child may not be able to learn in the same way as other children and they will need extra support in daily activities.

The first major piece of United States health care legislation started with our 2nd president, John Adams who in 1798 signed an Act for the ill-stricken and disabled seamen. Within this act, it stated that from a seamen’s paycheck that twenty cents per month would be allocated to cover any medical bills. Many years have passed with greater technologies, more educated physicians, and health care reform within our health care system. While some health care systems are more technologically advanced with physicians going through extended educational programs, other countries are stricken with disease, have medication and vaccination shortages, and a health care system that is non-existent. Even though the United States has issues within government
What is Reliability and Validity? Reliability is the degree to which an assessment consistently measures whatever it measures (John, 2015). The students can be tested through whatever that they are measure with, as long as everyone have at least the same score no matter when or where they take the test.
