Abstract
The dispute of environmental pollution has become a hot issue in today’s world. The challenging task of the 21st Century is to clean up the contaminants of the environment by environmentally friendly, viable and economically adoptable technologies. Environmental pollution, mainly caused by toxic chemicals like dyes, heavy metals, and other organic compounds etc. These type of toxic materials are not only in the demolition of biodiversity but also the degradation of human health. Pollution levels that are increasing day by day need better developments or technological discoveries immediately. Photocatalytic degradation is a new developing technique for remediation of pollutants using various nanoparticles. The present review speculates on various nanoparticles which are useful for degradation of azo dye- Congo red.
Keywords: Photocatalytic Degradation, nanoparticles, Congo red.
Introduction
The major problem of colorants is the removal of dyes from effluents. In the textile industry, for example, ca.100 billion gallons of wastewater is discharged per annum into the wastewater treatment systems. Unprocessed effluents may be highly colored and, thus, particularly objectionable if discharged into open waters. Their dye

Nanoparticles reveal a number of special properties relative to bulk material and often have unique visible properties because they are small enough to confine their electrons and produce quantum effects. Nanoparticles are widely used in various fields such as photonics, catalysis, electronics and biomedicine due to these unique
For this lab, zeolite and magnetized zeolite were synthesized and compared with charcoal to find out with would be the most effective in the sequestering of Procion Red dye. Finding the concentration and absorbance of each zeolite, magnetized zeolite, and charcoal, along with a calibration curve, the best adsorbent is determined. Charcoal was the overall best sequestration of the Procion Red dye, since the adsorbent was highest compared to the others. Introduction Pollution has increased in the environment over the years, so the purpose of this experiment is to find the best adsorbent of chemicals to reduce the pollution.
3.1 Project Methodology In order to make sure that this project is on track, proper planning and scheduling is crucial. It is necessary to identify the significant key points which are photocatalytic activity of SWCNTs, properties of carbon nanotubes and titanium oxide, available testing procedures using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other spectroscopic methods. In this section, a brief detail provided regarding the methods used, sol-gel, hydrothermal and electrospinning. Also, the available tests that will be used are explained.
The Family Fishing Pond in Kennewick Washington on Columbia Park Trail Columbia Park Family Fishing Pond is located near the Kennewick end of the Highway US-395 Bridge and the Columbia Park boat ramp. It is open only to juveniles (14 years of age and younger) and holders of disability licenses. The Columbia Park Family Fishing Pond is a small pond and is surrounded by the trails that run throughout the park. The pond serves as a habitat to a variety of fish such as the black crappie, channel catfish, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, carp, bluegill, walleye, etc.
Annual Lespedeza Annual lespedeza has been an important crop in the Ozarks for many years. Two different annual lespedeza varieties are grown in the Ozarks, common lespedeza and Korean lespedeza. At one point, over six million acres in Missouri were planted in lespedeza (Roberts, 2000). Although it is not as popular as it once was, lespedeza is still used for hay, pasture, and erosion control.
Escrava Anastacia was a popular saint honored in Brazil. She was a slave woman of African descent, and known for possessing great beauty. It is told that her eyes were piercing blue. Anastacia was a well-respected figure in and influential figure in Catholic devotion throughout Brazil. No one knows the official history of Anastacia and the stories of her life vary.
The 74th hunger games was a truly gruesome event this year after having many of the contestants die at what people have called the “Cornucopia bloodbath” The leftovers were a significantly smaller roster then in past years but exactly who were these contestants or more importantly who was the sly little fox of District 5? District 5 known for its main export of solar power, may have had a treasure in its midst with a young 15 year old girl known only as “Foxface,” (Mainly due to her sly fox-like appearance and elusive behaviour.) Who survived the games using only her wit, speed and most importantly her ability to hide while the others died. That was until she ate some very poisonous “Nightlock” berries, most people have assumed it was by accident but there is heavy speculation against this most saying that it was actually…suicide.
Our city is located on Mars and is called Red City. Our climate is about 70 degrees since it is on the equator, and has a dome to keep give us oxygen. We can set the inner dome temperature to whatever we want, without citizens getting angry. Our geography is favorable because, it is on Mars, which is a very rare area. We have buildings downtown and the houses in a different area.
The Incas were a Native American people who inhabited present day Columbia to central Chile. Cuzco was the center of the city in the Peruvian Andes. The land of the Incas included coastal and mountain regions of Ecuador, Bolivia and northern parts of Argentina and central Chile; it was the greatest empire that existed in the Americas and stretched from the Pacific Ocean to the east of the Andes mountains. This land composed of not only tropical forest but also the world 's driest desert the Highlands of the Andes mountains, eastern foothills of the Andes as well as the western coastal region. ( In the language of the Incas, the word Inca was the title of the emperor.
Stanley is an explorer who was famous for his exploration of central Africa and the Nile, he was associated with King Leopold II of Belgium. Stanley mapped the great Congo River and this was crucial because it was the gateway for central Africa to open up to foreign trade. King Leopold viewed the Congo as one of the vital transportation networks for the Europeans. Stanley had finally conquered the Congo River in the nineteenth century, He was financially supported by King Leopold, who secretly purchased the Congo and developed its infrastructure before anyone was aware of his intentions.
Togo 's sandwiches History and Geography Between the 11th and the 16th century Togo was populated by many tribes like the Bantu. In 1884 Togo was persuaded by Gustav Nachtigal to accept Germany 's protection. When many of the major tribes agreed, Europe officially recognized it a German colony in 1885. The Germans decided to call it togoland. In 1897 they established Lome as the capital of the colony.

Picture a world where death lives next door. For the people who lived in Rwanda from April through July 1994, this was a reality. The Rwandan Genocide lasted only about 100 days, yet it had a major impact on the people as about 800,000 Rwandans died. As small as Rwanda is, the genocide made world news and impacted the whole world. Before the Rwandan Genocide, the Belgians had control over Rwanda and they were inhumane in the way they discriminated towards the Hutu group.
The location I chose to research was Juneau, Alaska. Juneau is located in the north-central portion of the Alaska panhandle and is only accessible by air or sea. Juneau is 3,250 square miles and is 80% land and 20% water. The present climate of Juneau is a coastal rainforest climate, which is any location in the mid-latitudes that receives 50 inches of rainfall a year. The mean annual temperature of Juneau is 42 degrees Fahrenheit.
Somalia Famous Locations Mogadishu: Mogadishu is the capital of Somalia and is the largest city in the country. Visitors can visit the Bakara market to buy food and merchandise for cheap. The Old City part contains beautiful architecture, but is now closed due to warlords. Laas Gaal Cave Paintings: This complex cave system contains ancient paintings dating 5,000 to 11,000 year ago.
The Red Book Project was a simple, but insightful investigation, allowing students to apply statistics, organizing and summarizing data and then drawing conclusions based on the data. An investigation focuses on a well-defined collection of objects constituting a population of interest. In this study, the students were investigating the number of red books that were in the Walsh Library at Seton Hall University in about fifteen minutes. My group approached this by each member taking a floor at the library, counting how many red books are on a shelf, then multiplying the amount of books by the number of shelves on the floor, and lastly the total books on each floor from each member were added together for a final record of the amount of red
