I enjoyed reading the essay “Consider the Lobster by David foster Wallace, I also enjoyed the writing style of the author; the way he would insert his own opinions, thoughts and clarification in the text as well as being informative about the whole Lobster situation. Reading this essay has given me some insight on the issues that I don’t really tend to think about. I understand the points that the author made about the ethics behind boiling a lobster alive for our own “enjoyment” as well as the fact that we slaughter countless animals for us to consume without thinking about how it was done.
