INTRODUCTION
Since time immemorial, India is known as the birthplace of many new cultures, languages and even religions. From Indus valley civilisation to the period of Gupta dynasty and from Mughal era to post-independence times, Indian art has been passed through many transitions and it is still evolving.

In the post World War II period, contemporary artists adopted the science of sketches and colors as abstract art to express their thoughts and observations in a free and fearless manner. They highlighted the social, political and economic issues using the abstract art which is a more liberated version of the modern art.
The historical backdrop of contemporary Indian art in the previous century was the main force responsible for the rapid growth and popularity of modern art in the changing India. Time to time, Indian artists have gone through various experiments and conferred a wide variety of expressive styles. Art has been around for centuries, expressed in various ways through different mediums; painting, drawing, photography, music, and so many more. Each having smaller categories within them. One can create a portrait with different types of paint, chalk, pens and pencils, the lens of a camera. A musician can convey a feeling within lyrics, or notes of a song. Separate forms of art, yet if you look closely enough, you can see similarities as well.
Aside from being depicted in Mesoamerican artwork, the concept of death in Mexico also tells the story of the imposition of Catholicism on Mesoamerican civilizations during colonial Mexico. The Kaurna tribe is part of the Spencer region located in South Australia. The Kaurna people are the original people of Adelaide and the Adelaide Plains before European settlement. The movie Gandhi was an inspiring depiction of the life of Mohandas Gandhi and the impact that he made on India in gaining its independence from Britain through the act of non-violent protest that made it possible. The film reveals the period of Indian immigrants being suppressed by the British authorities in 1893 South Africa. It shows the slow transformation of changes that occurs within India with the arrival of the Indian lawyer Gandhi who came to South Africa to be a legal advisor to a firm, and had witnessed the tragic reality of the absence of basic rights that his fellow Indian people were being denied of. Moved by the suffering, Gandhi displayed his ability to see the injustice and felt obligated to fix it through the interconnectedness
What is a Tribe really? This sounds like a traditional question, but the complexity involved with this term “tribe” is great. However significance to this term, which is immense, from a cultural point of view can be considered. The primary reason why I chose this article is that now days, this topic has turned into a matter of curiosity for several individuals. Not only has its fascinating nature reinvigorated me to choose this topic, but also now a days we are much into the discussion of different cultures and traditions in our class.
Art is the mirror of any culture and its worldly views. The art of Muslim world mirrors its social values and uncovers the way Muslims see the spiritual domain and the universe. Muslims all over the world embrace the identical system of belief and each one of them is well familiar with the spiritual connection regardless of nationwide, racial differences or conflicts. The study was conducted among randomly selected 4 tribal villages of Binpur block of Medinipur district of West Bengal. Data were collected through personal interview schedule, observational technique and case study method. The findings of the study revealed that the morbidity and mortality rates due to contagious ecthyma were highest but case fatality was very low. The results indicated that the major cause of mortality was diarrhoea. The age-wise morbidity and mortality rates of goats indicated that the highest mortality was recorded in kids of 0 to 3 months age group followed by young stocks and adults.
Cultural identity is important to various societies and heritages. In both Deer Dancer and Museum Indians, the authors illustrate how important culture is to the Native American society. The stories both display the importance of the culture by including themes such as sacrifice, imagery, and symbolism. Sacrifice is portrayed in both stories. In Museum Indians, the mother displays signs of sorrow as her daughter narrates the story.
This research was carried out not to only show awareness toward the society but also why people should take art seriously. Often times, we can see lots of people debating whether art is important or not. This happened because the lack of exposure and knowledge that has been taught to them. Art can help to shape the society and affect the society to broaden their view of perspective in life by referring on the artworks because each work of art can give different meanings to life.
