Introduction The purpose of this report is to summarize what our team, the Fig Neutrons, did for the final project of ECE160. For the project we used an Arduino Sparkfun Kit to build a Simon says game with multiple game modes that would display several different game statistics on an LCD screen. The work the team has done includes Charlieplexing LEDs and including code for implementing the LEDs, writing code for a reverse Simon game. We also had to make the game play a different song than the one provided, and write code for the LCD to display wins, losses, game length, and the number of games played.

This allows Chief Architect to track how much material is needed, what type of material, how many nails, how much drywall, insulation, and much more. This feature alone will have our company thousands of dollars.

Various benefits exist in making financial projections on pro forma statements. One of such benefit is that it helps to minimize the risk associated with starting a project without looking at the alternative. For example, Alice had a choice of going to Vegas to make it big, but then she knew the consequences of winning and losing. However, with her assumptions and projections, all pro forma statements gave her a clear view of where she would be based on her choice. Whatever decision she takes becomes her responsibility and the consequences she must bear.
Any modification to a construction contract after a contract award is called a change order. Contractors will receive the package of the contract in the form of drawings, plans, equipments lists and various other documents. Then, the contractor should be able to calculate the labor cost, material cost, and schedule based on the original package that they received. Changes can be initiated by all parties in the construction process. All changes, however, must be approved by the owner before implementation.

These assessments are often poor. Alternatives put forward tend to be unrealistic in order to favour the option the applicant wants to implement. The regulations also require the applicant to illustrate the need and desirability of the project, which is often not done (Hutton and Tefford, 2003). Impact mitigation Insufficient information provided on recommended mitigation measures; little indication of the practicality, reliability and potential effectiveness of the mitigation measures and problems with measures which are recommended that don’t address identified impacts.
