Technology is introduced. The concept of cooperative collision warning which is based on the combination of the ranging sensor and the data which is communicated from neighbor vehicles is proposed by Asher and Galler.
The PROMETHUS and DRIVE intelligent technology programs which is based on the label of cooperative driving at the same time. Cooperative foresighted driving method is introduced by the General Motors Europe.
The use of DGPS positioning and the wireless communication is made by The Japan Automobiles for achieving the avoidance of the warning.

Case study: St. Rita 's Healthcare System Enterprise Instance Messaging (EIM) is a factor of Real-Time Communications that augments business competence by getting rid of delays in communications. These delays are more witnessed in the healthcare environment. Recently many healthcare organizations have realized that EIM can be of great benefit in the rate at which they grow and in that case increase the quality of patient care. In the case study, St. Rita’s Medical Center team made a recommendation to move to a secure instant messaging that will be used in the IT department. The move proved to be a success and in my opinion, the move was worth the risk.
Medical technologies and apps are relevant to solving most of the challenges affecting Suburban Independent Clinic(SIC). The implementation of mobile technologies will improve the efficient and effective delivery of care to the patients visiting the clinic. Mobile devices and its application will facilitate SIC patients to have 24/7 access to their medical records, refill their prescriptions, complete medical forms online, send emails and video chat with their doctors, thus leading to a better opportunity of managing their conditions. Patients will have other options available for scheduling their appointments. With improved mobile technology and apps, patients could schedule their appointments using text messaging, email, web app.

Incident command system refers to a comprehensive system that is developed to help responders to form an intricate system that meets the demands of a single or multiple incidents (Carmicheal, 2010). The goal is to avoid confusion and increase efficiency in handling all the activities within the shortest time possible. The current scenario is characterized by a severe natural disaster that has hit the community of Edenton. Extensive damages are being reported from the multiple points in the city, which means the responders should form a team that can handle each point.
The training would include a walk-through of an evacuation with a review of responsibilities at the offsite relocation site. This has never been performed with the staff and it seems unreasonable to believe that the plan could be implemented effectively if not practiced. Also, the safety plan would be updated to reflect an emergency communication plan. Communication in the time of crisis is essential and the tools exist to have an effective way to send messages to all staff during emergencies. The software application Remind would be used.

Driverless Cars Two years ago in 2015, a driverless car known as the Roadrunner drove across the country. This test was done over the span of nine days. This proves that driverless cars are the future. With newer technology coming every day, it is hard to ignore them. These innovations need to be able to flourish.
The technology that we have today is unbelievable compared to what the companies had when we first started to make cars. We all know that our future is getting more and more advanced, and we will possibly have these self driving cars within the next ten years. Emerging Future of Telematics Insurance in India Vehicle telematics provides services like vehicle tracking, real-time navigation, roadside help, and now vehicle insurance. Telematics-based insurance provides an opportunity for vehicle insurers to segment customers and pricing based on driving behavior of a customer. Telematics helps monitor driving performance and recording driver behavior with a telecom device fitted in a car. Taking advantage of this technology, a vehicle fitted with the telematics device can send out, pick up and process information based on driver behavior.
While self-driving vehicles will provide a new form of technology in the future, they will affect our society by being an emerging technology that is innovative, dangerous, and unreliable. Self-driving cars are a new form of emerging technology. An article that was recently published discussed the positive and negative effects of self-driving buses which led to research on self-driving cars. The emerging technology of driverless vehicles was introduced on public roadways. Crelin stated that “Long predicted to be an impending and emerging technology, driverless vehicles developed slowly over the course of the twentieth century but emerged fully into public view in the first decades of the twenty-first” (1).
Each party should be fully aware of what he might be held responsible for and do whatever it can to reduce the conditions that might lead to unfortunate events. Only by doing so, we can all reinforce the safety on public roads and diminish the number of car accidents.
