Organizations survive on their mission, vision and core values; this is because they serve as the pointer for all actions that goes on in the company. They are a major check to all working in the organization and serve as reference that drives the organization to attain its goals and objectives. The mission and vision statements are guided by the core values of the organization.

The high level of professionals and experts in various fields however sometimes accounts for a break away from the norm that projects achievements in the organization. The more professionals in different inter related fields meet to work , the more there exist the problem of acceptance of views from other players on common grounds. People perceive things differently everywhere and especially in the health care organizations where departments are linked and reliant on the provision of services, there is a high tendency of this behavior. Departments may call for what management thinks is not convenient due to time, resources and other factors. This could generate into a disconnected organization as a particular department may not act on the need of another department. Heads of organizations may want to exercise authority over workers in a bid to control their actions by introducing rigid procedures to curb unproductive activities that employees may want to engage in, creating a system of delay and long process, obtaining information and necessary logistics for a department.
