Four of my core values that I believe can inform a good leader are Respect, Honesty, Reliability, and Positivity. When a leader respects his workers/employees/team he or she shows them that they are valued and when they recognize that, respect becomes mutual which then leads to productive and engaged employees. In my opinion, is the second core value I believe can inform a good leader. Without honesty a leader can’t lead with integrity. When you are an honest leader you earn trust from those you are leading, and when you are trusted work can get done more efficiently and effectively.

Reflecting on values and Principles are considered to be the next part of authentic leadership style. Leadership principles are group of standards used in leading people. Values are leadership principles which are turned into actions. Values are important aspect in an individual’s life. You are person in charge of you happiness.
Communication and collaboration of employees is also very important. If employees are not familiar with the company’s goals and what the company is expect from them they won’t be able to perform good. Successful organizational culture requires a team work. Johnson should establish the espoused values of the company. These are the stated values and norms that are preferred by the company (Kreitner, 2013, p.63).
Also, I like to demonstrate how this will allow me to be authentic in my future practice. In my creative representation in part A, I have shown respect, teamwork, commitment, excellence, compassion, competence, courageous, justice and accountability as the main values and beliefs that need to be followed by a nurse. Following these values help to provide a high quality standardized care to the patients resulting patients satisfaction. On the internal side, it provides direction, unifies employees and makes them to remain resolute and anchor them within company values when implementing a strategic vision both at tactical and operational levels. Code of Conduct All organizations or business have a foundation in which they want to build on. The foundation is going to be the code of conduct. The code of conduct represents what that organization believes in when it comes to values, ethics, and commitments. Some organizations are required to have a code of ethics whereas other facilities are not but it is beneficial for all businesses to have a code of conduct. The code of conduct represents how the organization and the individuals working within the organization operates.
Core values come from the center of who a person is and what is most important to a person as a human being. These values may be expressed on varied aspects of life as they start from within; implicitly and explicitly, in family, education in school, dealing with business, religion, the society itself, and the nation (Stevenson, 2013).
