When the staff will feel that they are part of the overall culture this will result in high level of commitment and productivity, and thus the quality of healthcare services will improve. A health company culture will result in improving the employees ' commitment and support providing good excellent healthcare, while an unhealthy culture may prevent the health organization the opportunity to growth or it will directly contribute to organizational failure. The ultimate objective for Sayegh to adopt culture of accountability is mainly to create a steady and continuous learning cooperation. The process of ongoing learning can support health organization including AUBMC in order to promote the acquisition and implement perfect knowledge as a basic foremost strategy in order to manage the changes required for AUBMC and will support the organization in identifying major critical requirements to empower workforces to achieve and participate in continuous healthcare improvement.
