When she decided continue her degree from diploma to beta level, she registered subjects but she encountered some difficult problem. The Admission Office worker does not clear about role perception in their job. Role perception plays a key role in an individual’s performance. The lack of a clear definition of the role of employees and their roles and responsibilities, may affect the organization's views on the amorphous employee morale and self-esteem downturn. Faulty perceptions lead to problems in the organization, such as stereotyping, that lead people to erroneously make assumptions. The Admission Office worker does not clear their role reception in their job. Their job is to serve the students, and when the students met entrance problem for help, they need to help them solve the problem. However when Zhi Qing was registered subjects and she had faced some problems, so she make a phone call to ask for help. But at the same time, the workers does not fulfil their duty.
