There were several dynamic characters in The Wizard of Oz, and one of them was the Cowardly Lion. He was someone who did not have a lot of confidence. “Your Majesty, if you were king, you wouldn’t be afraid of anything?” This is something that Dorothy asked the Cowardly Lion. “Not nobody! Not nohow!” This is what the Lion responds with. He is telling Dorothy that if he was the ruler of everyone, there is no way that he would be cowardly. “I-I-I hope my strength holds out.” Here is one of the many scenes in the Wizard of Oz where the Lion is doubting himself. One of the things that makes the Lions of Little Rock such a revolutionary and fruitful novel for theme is how it plays with the ideas of freedom. The main character Marlee starts off the novel with a reluctant and cynical perception of community, but decides to make a change after meeting Liz. Liz provides to Marlee what not even she can, and that’s the receptive comfort of loving Marlee for who she is. Liz, at least to me, is one of the most cultured and thorough characters to be penned in a book because she invokes a sense of real happiness. One beautiful example that ties the two together is when they are separated.

In Water for Elephants, Sara Gruen presents an extremely dynamic character by the name of Jacob Jankowski. In his old age, he undergoes a significant change in his attitude throughout his time at the nursing home. Through the remembrance of old memories from his life at the circus, Jacob Jankowski develops a sense of happiness and rediscovers his independence.
Forrest must deal with everyone calling him an idiot, throughout the book people call Forrest an idiot and he hates it. Everywhere he goes, he must deal with it when he goes to space the newspapers read “Woman, Ape and Idiot in Next U.S space effort”, “Girl, Goon, and Gorilla to Lift Off Today”, and “Up They Go-But Who’s in Charge?” (Groom, 2014. Pg. 110).

Also it was courageous of Atticus to teach his children not to judge another until they know what that person is really going through. There is a quote that Atticus said “Never Judge anyone, until you have been in their shoes, and walked around in them” (pg. 86). Along with Atticus, Boo Radley is another character with courage. Many characters in Harper Lee’s mid 20th century novel To Kill a Mockingbird display courage in numerous ways. One character however, jumps out. When first reading the book, most people would say that courage is displayed by those like Jem, Scout, Tom, or Atticus.
Of Mice and Men is about Lennie and George in which Lennie decided to feel a girls skirt because he liked the type of material. So George went with Lennie to escape and not get in trouble and decided to go to a bunkhouse where they work and are provided with food and a place to live. George and Lennie are best friends and so they went together. Lennie has the mind of a 6 year old and needs to be with George. When quit their jobs, George planned out a dreamland of how they will live when they get enough money to move to their own house.
Before considering leaderships between different leaders in Band of Brothers, it’s important to note that everybody has a different way of leading and is a good leader on their own. The three people that have shown the greatest leadership in the series, “Bands of Brothers,” are Lieutenant Winters, Lieutenant Speirs, and Sergeant Lipton. Some traits that they all have in common is that they are great leaders and are willing to sacrifice themselves to save others. Additionally, their braveness helped the struggling soldiers fight through the battle field. If the three brave soldiers were to be ranked based on their leadership, Lt. Winters would be ranked first, Sgt.
In the movie The Wizard of Oz, the Cowardly Lion was a very dynamic character, meaning he went through many changes through the duration of the movie. The first time that the group meets him, the Lion was growling at the lot and frightening them. The story shows that when Dorothy slapped the lion for scaring Toto, the Lion showed his Cowardice by crying and making a big deal out of nothing. He then was crying because he had no courage and that’s when the group invited the Cowardly LIon on their voyage to see the Wizard. This is the beginning of the Lion starting out as a full-blown coward.

The reader finds that the story deals with couple's miscommunication through the conversation and the emotions that they express. One can observe that no descriptions are given to the characters, thus, Hemingway creates universal dilemma to focus on the crucial issue. In this way, Hemingway leads the reader to identify with his female character that undergoes a struggle.
