Activity 3.1 Creation of Theoretical and Practical Training Environments for Craft Chocolate Education
Apart from Web Based Content Management System Training, all training activities within the scope of the project were organized in Ordu CCI Service Building.
Theoretical training activities were carried out in workshops and training-meeting halls of Ordu CCI and before training activities, training halls were prepared in accordance with visibility rules according to the direction of the project staff.
In order to provide practical training in craft chocolate business; Ordu CCI Service Building allocated an area of 128 square meters in the basement and hence, the Craft Chocolate Production Workshop was established.
