Creative thinkers Observing what is going on around us is very important for creative thinkers. By developing and using the skills of looking at the things in different ways, I can see a whole new way of doing things that I hadn`t thought of before. Procedures to stimulate imaginative thinking typically involve mental processes, such as how to concentrate on what I normally do not engage in; escape the way I traditionally think what I think outside of the box and pause judgment and allow my fantasy to explore different options. There are times when I am obliged to make difficult decisions and engage in changing and improving the circumstances of other people`s lives. These responses include ideas to think of something new or original (new ways to meet needs, new ways to work with people from difficult situations, addressing new situations / new scenarios, working with complex systems and complex systems, ingenuity, new ways of thinking resulting from demanding basic assumptions) and the consequent need for imagination and creativity to support this inventiveness. Communication skills require creativity - finding optimal means of expression for individuals, which vary considerably depending on the individual. I also have to find a ways of communicating with those whose abilities are for some reason disturbed, and using pictures, music, sound and movement may all have a place. Creativity in the practice often comes through the use of self - these are the same types of creative social skills that make some people popular at parties and as friends, etc. It includes the ability to use joke and humour to disperse difficult situations or reframe how a situation or event is conceptualized and understood by those involved. I have to look outside the box, see things from another perspective or experience otherwise, then effectively doing and promoting these things in others is necessary for good practice. Personal lives are changing, as well as people get older, as well as jobs, careers and organizations. However, human beings have a tendency to resist change and to defend them strongly. The whole process can be very worrying and distressing for service users and even carers; and negative emotions or reactions could stem out of it. It is therefore always appropriate to recognize the different stages of change and anticipate their impact in order to take preventive measures, e.g. Denial: The change was announced. Service users / carers struggle with this and try to defend their status- quo at this stage. Anger: Service users / carers are aware that they cannot avoid new organizational changes. Insecurity, lack of self-confidence, self esteem and chaos are the main concerns of this phase. Rejection: At this stage, service users / carers realized that they cannot have the old ways back and have no choice but to get rid of them. Anger is now translated into remorse and despair. Acceptance: This is the case when users / carers finally acknowledge the fact that this change must take
