Afterward we went to a park and played on the swings, went down the slide and climbed the monkey bars. All of us had fun, but we were exhausted. We went back to the rental and played some video games. Soon after my mom shouted, “Come eat dinner!” Then me and my sisters raced down the stairs and went right to the dining room. We ate to our fill and then we went right to
There was a running stream that ran from north to south a few meters away from where we were sitting, the fizzing of the leaves above us from the pine trees was very soothing and an eerie coyote cry made the night even more interesting. We were at the back porch playing fish or cut bait, a pretty simplistic but yet challenging board game that tested your ability to do fast decisions that wouldn 't affect the rest of your turn in the game. We had simple snacks and a charming background acoustic guitar playing, the crickets harmonized with the night and the crew, a group of five teenagers, where just having the time of our lives. Our trip to Georgia was more than what I expected, it seemed that the only bad thing about it was the way over there,
We had an enormous amount of fun doing different activities that we did not expect. First, we went swimming in the lake. It was so much fun getting to dive off the diving board and swim with all my friends. I wish we could have stayed in the lake all day because it was my favorite part of the trip. Next we went canoeing down the French Broad River.
Today I woke up pretty early for a summer day, around 7am. I walked downstairs and asked my dad if we could go fishing today. He said yes and suggested that we get ready to leave. I got my fishing pole, fishing net, and my extra fishing pole string. While I was getting my stuff my dad called his friend Jimmy and asked if he wanted to come as well.
As we pull up to the parking area at the start of the trails, I knew that our excitement during the long drive was worth it. I had planned this trip for months. Toiled over the minor details; the food, shelter, entertainment, parking pass, you name it. This was something I had wanted to do since I was just a little kid and now that I was here, it felt surreal. The sound of nature all around us, no signs of man besides our canoe and gear for as far as I could see.
we went to a few stores and brought souvernors..When we was done souverner shopping we wen back to the hotel and cooked hamburgers and watched somemore scary movies. All the kids really wanted to go swimming and the beach but the adults didn't so we stayed at the hotel. The next day we finally went swimming for the first time since we been in florida. We had so much fun. we played games in the pool and more.
The smell of moist dirt and grass along with the sound of hundreds of massive trees swaying and rustling in the wind puts me at ease and makes me feel at home. Naturally, I was interested in camping and hiking as I grew older, and eventually decided to join the Boy Scouts. While in the Scouts I learned hundreds of skills, many involving wilderness survival; I would also go on multiple hikes and camp outings. There were many camping trips I went on that provided memories that will last forever, but there is one that caused me to change the way I think about
It was so much fun there was a water slide and everything. Afterwards we went back to our hotel room and had dinner at the Enchanted Garden. After we ate we got ready for the night time show. The night time show was so much fun. We went back up to our hotel room and got ready for bed.
