Many studies have recorded a rapid decrease in routine work. Concurrently, there has been a dramatic rise in jobs involving analytic, non-routine and cooperating communication skills. The job market needs competencies such as creativity and innovation. Previously, it was perceived that creativity and innovation was secondary in the school curriculum. However, creativity is the primary driver of today’s economy. The future is for different types of people with different types of minds; empathizers and creators, pattern recognizers and meaning makers. Such types of people will get the richest rewards in the society and share the greatest joys of the world. If learners complete their education without knowledge on how to progressively create and innovate, they will not be ready to face the society’s challenges. The world is becoming a platform for global competition and automation of tasks. For example, faculties can form games and use songs, study guides and concept maps.
