Crisis are usually events that no one desires, it could alter way of life; affects individuals and families, physically, socially, psychologically, economically, and emotionally. Depend on the magnitude of the crisis, it could impact local, state, and federal government’ plans and in some cases affects nation’s security. There is no doubt that disasters could make a long lasting impact on citizens and businesses. Hence, the need for crisis leadership to make key and effective decision under extreme circumstances is important.
