CRM:The reason why we implement CRM in our hotel, because we want to provide personalized experiences to customers, which is unique fantasy life away from the city.

Our main goal is to make customers feel at home.Before customers check out, We will place a letter in the room. About the content of the letter, first thank them for choosing our hotel. And then ask them to fill guest survey. In which areas we need to be strengthened. Customers advice will be our greatest power forward.

4)Rewards system
Implement the membership card system, According to the number of customer returns, Grant Different levels of membership cards. Customers will be based on the level of membership card to enjoy different levels of additional services.

5)Pick-up service
We provide free transport, We ask employees to the airport to pick-up customer, when employees meet with customers, they will take a picture for customers, and send it back to front office. So when the customers arrive to the hotel, we can directly call their name, Make them feel respected.

Room: The hotel concept is a few rooms of high quality, This is reason why we are positioning ourselves super luxury hotel. Each room has different theme and also is equipped with butler.

1)There is a hotel organization salon in Tahiti Each year, Each hotel will participate.
Only on that day, we offer special hotel rates for customers.
2)local people reward system,we only provide discount for local customers. Because local customers life cycle Longer than foreign tourists.
3)Stay five nights get one night for free.
4) special package, one day package for day pass travelers. Hotel is located next to the harbor. Cruise ships often dock port, we provide the day pass package to Cruise ships visitors. They do not live in the hotel, but have right to use any of the hotel
