Some of the data has been collected with face to face interview & others data has been collected over phone interview. Data collection methods are: o Questionnaires: To complete this study a questionnaire has been prepared and given it to the sample population. The questionnaire has two parts. The first part is to obtain personal information of respondents using a nominal scale. The second part of the questionnaire will obtain the information of the respondents regarding the construction of the model. The questionnaire has been designed on the basis of Likert Scale. The questionnaire has 10 Likert 5 scale questions. The five-point scale is as follows: 1- Strongly Disagree, 2-Disagree, 3- Neutral, 4- Agree and 5-Strongly Agree. o Interviews: As a part of field visit & data collection method conducted several interviews has been conducted with SPO (sales promotional officer) .And others small interview has been taken over phone. o Observations: Here observation method has also been used to collect data regarding customer brand perception and brand awareness as the factors of customer
