There are 4 types of issues which exist in diverse culture are mentioned in this article. They are language barriers, social tension, civic disengagement, and workplace issues. The main ideal of this page is that the existence of negative influence in diverse community is possible because of language barriers, different social tension, different civic disengagement and discrimination in workplace. This page uses bullets to arrange the structure, which means readers could find the main points clearly and efficiently. Additionally, the author also inserts related pictures in each part. The rumor regarding cultural diversity on PWI campuses must be conceded due to the race dominance that is apparent at these schools. However, making a statement that African-Americans at PWIs forget the culture that they come from would be truly false. Comprehending the lack of minority students at college allows for those minorities to use that lack of diversity as an advantage. With a little number of minorities, it enables them to understand oneself and the circumstances that surround them more deeply. This results in more diverse opinions and perspective to be a factor in conversations, changing viewpoints on different situations.

In hospitality industry, there are many issues, challenges and trends that a hotel or a restaurant might face. In recent years, cultural diversity in the workplace has become a major in hospitality industry. This paper concentrates on discussing about the current situation of cultural diversity in the workplace of hospitality industry, then analyzing some benefits and challenges of cultural diversity in hospitality organizations and giving practical recommendations that help hospitality organizations to deal with cultural diversity issues.
