Organizations with diverse workforce will have more great ways to solve problem in services. Employees from diverse backgrounds will contribute individual talents and experiences in suggesting ideas that are flexible in adapting to today markets and variety of customer demands. Secondly, cultural diversity will open more chances for personal growth of employees. Working with different culture co-worker will help employees to receive new ideals, knowledge, cultures, perspectives and experiences. Effective managers are who have enough skills in creating the most suitable for their employees. There are two recommendations that are necessary the most for better managing diverse workforce. Firstly, managers must understand about the differences between cultural employee backgrounds. This will help managers limit discrimination and prejudices. Consequences of discrimination and prejudices are very bad. Managers will be bias when evaluating the productivity of their employees.
