While on patrol, I was checking Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Needmore Road and observed a burgundy Tahoe sitting stationary, close to the woodline of the church. I exited my patrol car and approached the driver side of the Tahoe. I quickly recognized the driver as William Anthony Thomas, who has a felony warrant with our agency. Thomas was then detained until further investigation. Thomas name was ran through dispatch and they advised that he had a felony warrant for DUI-Felony. Thomas was then placed under arrest. Thomas vehicle was inventoried and towed by Peewees. Thomas was transported to the Troy City Jail, where he was processed. Thomas was then transported to the Pike County Jail for the felony

Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.

On arrival, deputies found Neville driving his lawn mower along the roadway, hauling a wagon load of unopened beer, said Chief Deputy Richard Haun. Not only were deputies aware of an outstanding warrant for Neville 's arrest, on an outstanding charge of menacing, they suspected he was under the influence, said Haun. Neville admitted to drinking one beer but refused to participate in field sobriety testing. While in jail, Neville reportedly wrote letters threatening the lives of the judge and three officers, said Haun, adding the letters were intercepted by jail staff.

I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.

At approximately 1020 hours, Myself and Deputy Thacker arrived at 7412 quail court, I made contact with the owner Mrs. Rachel Gilliam. Mrs. Gilliam explained to me that she noticed an external hose connected to her water meter that was leading to 7400 quail court. I investigated the water meter belonging to 7412 quail court and saw that their was a hose connected into the water line that belong to 7412 quail court. I made contact with the owner of 7400 quail court, Brown, James (W/M, DOB 01/29/1989).

The purpose of this report is to document the arrest of Rigoberto Garcia-Martinez (M/H DOB 08/03/85) for, driving under the influence, driving with a BAC of .08 or more, driving a vehicle with unsafe equipment and operating an uninsured vehicle. I (Trooper Castillo #6570) was on patrol at 06:30 a.m. on 05/08/2016 when I observed a Blue Chevy Cobalt with front end damage a leaking fluids traveling southbound on I55 just before the Pulaski exit. I initiated an investigative traffic stop on the blue Chevy Cobalt.

I was patrolling Livingston Avenue when I observed a White Nissan Maxima heading south with tinted window, I began to follow the vehicle at that point. The vehicle made right turn on How lane. The vehicle was operating at a slow rate of speed How lane and started to swirl left within the marked lane.
At approximately 2119 hours, dispatch received a call from victim Jorge Arias. Arias told dispatch, he was in the parking lot located at 1329 N. Lake Ave., when he was approached and assaulted by 4-5 male suspects. The suspects stole Arias’ white 2001, Ford F150 P/U, license plate #66213D1. Arias advised dispatch that the suspect fled the scene his vehicle traveling south on Lake Ave. Dispatch conducted a crime broadcast and I was dispatched to the call.
On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. Finally, my last suggestion would be to alter the labels of ex-felonies for minor violations, and changing how to use the criminal check box. Once an ex-convict paid for their time in prison for inferior crimes we should not label then as a felon, so that they can apply for jobs and do not have to check on the felony box when applying for a job. Consequently, ex-convict could get a better chance to be hired, so that they truly have a chance to readjust in the society. People that who are labeled as a felon have a hard time applying for jobs, housings, and getting food stamps, making it impossible to survive and to provide for their family. They can lose their kids, their home, and become homeless and in other cases going back to jail.

This location is in the City of Delta, County of Delta and the State of Colorado. I arrived on scene , and contacted Deborah Dugas (DOB 08/16/71). Deborah told me that her and her son, Spencer Bachman (DOB 11/20/88), had gotten into a verbal agument. Deborah advised that Spencer has a restraining order, that prohibits him from drinking alcohol.
