By purely being nonprofit they aren’t just simply wanting money, they want to help and have spent their time on trying to pack food. In others words a large number of people signed up to volunteer, enough people they almost needed to turn some of them away.
Chef Johnny Hernandez was introduced to the food industry since he was little. He grew up surrounded of the food and restaurant environment. His father owned a restaurant in San Antonio. He and his father oversaw the food preparation, and back of the house operations, while his sister took care of the front of the house operations. As he started to work with his father he grew a passion for the food industry.

Many employees tend to exhibit their ambition within careers which contain opportunities that grant the advancement to higher platforms. However, despite there being such a low amount of career advancement possibilities at McDonald’s, securing a job at the fast food restaurant did not prevent Marissa Nuñez from gaining and displaying motivation. Rather, obtaining this job sparked her desire to succeed from her first real day; she began her career with an idea to race her cousin, who was also a McDonald’s employee at the time; this race consisted of a goal which was to determine “who could get the most customers and who could fill the orders in fifty-nine seconds” (440). Although, this action was more trivial than not, it sparked Marissa Nuñez’ inspiration to strive without her even knowing.

The back pack buddies was a terrific experience as a student to get involved with the local community and reach out to these families. As well as the program seemed to run, it does indeed need to be fixed in some areas. The food that was provided to families were mostly in cans besides the vegetables that were given. The food could be more of a variety as well as somewhat healthier options however, it is difficult to find healthy options with such a long shelf life. The program can improve by possibly creating more food locations to better help the target population with little to no transportation be able to come pick up their monthly food at a more convenient
As referred earlier food is the center of attraction for any occasion and we need to make it a point that we spend quality time over the quality food. Therefore, we have to search for a restaurant that can make sure that we are offered quality food along with the perfect ambience. Cheap yet good quality food Moving over to the price of the food in the restaurant we do not really look up to the price when we get to spend time with our family. However, it is not bad if we can find a cheap family dining that can no doubt offer us the quality of food.
