Dating Rules For My Future Kids Going to the movies is a good thing to do if someone wants to relax or just if they have some free time. I like going to the movies with my family, but I especially like to go to the movies with my friends. When I go to the movies with my friends, we usually watch a comedy or a horror film. Sometimes my friends bring their dates along to watch the movie with us. I am totally okay with this because movies are the perfect place to have a date. Sometimes our friend group likes to talk during the movie, disrupting people who want to enjoy the movie. So we have to stop talking and follow the rules the movie theatre has. The reason I say this is because they are able to drive which means they have to be more responsible. It also means that I do not have to drive my kid and their date to their destination because that would be very awkward. Being 16 means that they have to be very responsible and their are a lot of responsibilities such as focusing on school work and driving. If their is a 16-year old dating a 19 year old I feel like the 19-year old would push the 16-year old to do stuff they did not want to do. A 16-year old might be mature enough to say no. I would not allow my son or daughter to date someone that is more than 2 years older. It is different if someone is 27 and they are dating a 30 or 31-year old because they are more mature at that age.
