INTRODUCTION:
This case involves unknown suspect(s) gaining entry into victim David Highfill’s Public Storage Unit #4171 and stealing various items. At the time of this writing, the estimated value of total loss is $6,710.
LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
Public Storage facility located at 2773 E. Colorado Blvd. The facility has controlled access, which requires a passcode to access the front door and elevator.

Colorado Blvd. and noticed the lock to the storage unit was tampered with. Highfill told me the last time he was at the storage unit was approximately two weeks prior (07/19/17-08/02/17). Highfill opened the storage unit and saw it was ransacked. Highfill video recorded the storage unit with his cell phone, documenting how he found it. Highfill called Manager Belinda and informed her of the burglary. Highfill asked Manager Belinda if there are any cameras located around his storage unit and she said, “No.” Manager Belinda told Highfill a week ago, the storage unit next to his was also burglarized. Highfill dialed 911 to report the burglary. Highfill told dispatch that he is unable to wait for a Police Officer to arrive at the location because his wife was giving birth to their child. On 09/06/16 I contacted Robert Beck Jr., with Apple Tree Service, at 3603 Roderweis Road in reference to a criminal mischief call. Mr. Beck said sometime over the nighttime hours someone damaged two of Apple Tree Services trucks that were parked in the parking area of the above address. Mr. Beck said one truck had a hasp cut off of a cargo box and another truck a door bent, from being pried open, on a cargo box. Mr. Beck said there did not appear to be any missing items from either truck. Mr. Beck could not provide any suspect information and estimated the damage to the two vehicles at $200 per vehicle.
On 10-03-2015 at 2018 hours I responded to 599 Pine (Casey 's) in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arriving I made contact with Store Manager Laura Isaac and Officer Woodruff. While Isaac was pulling up surveillance footage she explained that a female had attempted to pay for gas and other items with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. I seized the note, it has been entered into evidence as #18596. Isaac also explained that the female arrived in a vehicle which she described as a grey short cab dodge truck.
S/S Folwaczny contacted Non- Emergency 911 concerning two black sedans parked on the premises in front of OPS 1 at 12490 Sunrise Valley Drive. S/S Folwaczny spoke to Dispatch Operator Dang concerning the vehicles, After running the VIN number, D/O Dang was able to confirm that the vehicles were not stolen and that any further action pertaining to the vehicles would have to take place Sprint Security.
The reel was attached to the fishing pole located on the right side of his bed; The suspects did not take the pole. Item 3: Sony DSC H-5 Digital Still Camera; No date of purchase; Quality: Excellent. He did not know how much he paid for the camera approximately four years ago. Located in the Master bed closet floor inside its box.
Scenario of the incident The incident happened on May 20, 2016, at approximately 18:00. The incident takes place on 222 Citation Way, Happy Town, GA 15486. The witness, Feet Security Officer Bo Foot, said that there were three suspects went to the store walking to the Big Feet area.
She called Sunkissed to advise the company to move the heater indoors. She was afraid the heater might be damaged or stolen. The heater remained in her driveway for four days. When Marilyn noticed that the heater had been removed she again called Sunkissed, but she was told “not to worry.” When Sunkissed showed up to install the heater, they realized that the heater had been stolen.
On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.
10 Investigative Skills (7PA0006337) - Officer Stark responded to a PC211-Robbery radio call at 1038 E. Colorado Blvd. The comments of the call stated 2 Female Asians and 2 Male Asians pushed the Victim out of his wheelchair and took his wallet containing $25. Stark responded to the location, even though it was out of his beat, and asked me if he could handle the call. I advised the beat Officer that we would handle the incident for training. As we entered the Rite Aid, the Victim was sitting in his wheelchair directly in front of the exit.
On 10-24-2017 I was dispatched and responded to 6009 Ridge Rd. (Salvation Army) reference to a lost purse. Upon arrival I met with the complainant, Edith Caudill. Edith stated that she left her purse within a shopping cart at approximately 11:30AM. Edith later discovered that she did not have her purse and returned to the business at approximately 3:18PM.
On 04/23/16 I contacted Andrew Jepko at Pinching Pennies in reference to a theft of property call. Mr. Jepko said on this date at around 1230 hours a white male, white female and mixed juvenile male entered the store and browsed around for a while. Mr. Jepko said the party exited the store and the group stood outside the business for a short period and then the female reentered, expressing interest in a set of tires he was selling; which were stacked in front of the business. Mr. Jepko said the female exited the business again and when she did her male companion put two of the tires in the back seat of their vehicle with the juvenile male and then the three drove away. Witness Jimenez heard someone knocking at the front door on 07-15-16 at approximately 0750 hours. Witness Jimenez reportedly answered the front door and saw Suspect Jimenez walking across the front lawn to his vehicle. Witness Jimenez closed the front door without communicating with Suspect Jimenez. Witness Jimenez did not give any additional relevant information regarding the above
On 03/02/2017, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1551 hours I was in Human Resources when I heard other officers get dispatched to Jardine Hall Room 201 for a panic alarm. I notified dispatch that I would be enroute since Human Resources in close to Jardine Hall. When I was approaching Jardine, I observed a male wearing a hat with shoulder length curly hair standing outside the front doors on the east side of Jardine. As I was entering the building, I walked past the male.
Peggy Browning is another alleged perpetrator as she is Jason's mother and she hit Bella on this date during the altercation. Police were called to the home and Jason was arrested.
