In the book Deadfall Zac interests me because he is mysterious and the way he handles situations. Throughout the book they don't give you a lot of information about him because he is a spy. At the start of the book, they give you a sheet with some information about Zac and other characters such as Gabbs and Ralf. Some of Zac's information includes our name, parents al and Janet Darke, his Skills and his previous operations. Throughout the book, you learn that Zac and the Crus the drug lord were friends when they were younger. This book is one in a series so the book continues. I also like the way he handles situations because he never worries. One example is he is locked in a building and people with guns were shooting the entrance. He stayed …show more content…
Most of their plans worked, but one didn't which was they walked through a jungle just away from the road because it was harder to spot. But they were caught this plan didn't work, but there next plan did work. Zac gets caught because Malcom tricked him to follow next to the path. Zac's friends were "shot dead" and he believes it. So he stays calm and waits through the situation. Zac's friends were still alive and they sneak around and take everyone out then they find Zac. The plan was to sneak around and find where he is and free him, but they also found out that they were planing to kill a bunch of little kids. The plan worked because they found Zac and saved a bunch of people. Another example is that Zac and Malcom was trapped because people were outside shooting the door and his friends were helping people escape a place with a bomb. He stayed calm he told Malum to message the people near the bomb to escape. So the people in the area escaped, but there were still people shooting the building that they were in. So Zac got Malcom to send his friends Ralf and Gabbs a message saying they need help. Ralf and Gabbs got in their car and got to Zac and Malcom and saved them. This was a good plan because it worked and they saved a lot of
There is many elements in this book that makes you learn more about what he is going through. I learned that this book may be a bit confusing/hard but it’s still a great
In the novel A Lesson Before Dying by Ernest J Gaines, Grant is a main character that has a lot of influence over the people in his community. Some might even consider him a hero. I believe that Grant is a hero because he helps Jefferson become a man, changes himself for the better, and wants to continue changing the community. Over the course of the novel, Grant helps Jefferson become the man that he needs to be in order to walk to his death with honor. When Grant first begrudgingly went to visit Jefferson in prison Jefferson was in a really low state.

And he has to try and get Ashley to like him somehow. Everyone at his new high school is also bullying him, while Stewart is thinking there just joking around and having a good time. In the book City of Ember they are using survival to show that these kids had to risk their lives trying to figure out what a letter said to try and save there world from all the lights going out forever. They had to run from the guards on page 213 she said: “I heard the guards shout, terror ran through me”. By that statement, it's showing she was scared for her life

Eventually, one of the brothers leaves to join some Mercenaries, and leaves the other 2. The boys start from not even knowing how to hunt, to killing a nursing mother who was completely defenseless. They start tellings kids such as Piggy that health issues only get in the way of fun and, they should be disregarded completely. The boys including Jack go as far as killing Piggy and Simon without mercy until adults tell them what they had done. He realizes that by taking the innocence of the boys in such a terrible way, he would forever ruin the boy’s
They go on their adventure not knowing what their responsibilities are - this makes them a group - but as the film goes on, they each use their abilities to their highest point, which brings them together and makes them a team. For example, Mikey is the leader of the group, he encourages his team members to go find the treasure. Chunk uses his strength to sit on Brand therefore the other boys can tie him up and they make a break to go on their adventure. He again uses his strength, charges a door and opens it unintentionally. In addition, Chunk has the role to be cautious and skeptical like when they look into entering the old restaurant and they are debating if people inside are customers or drug dealers.
