What is the best way to deal with conflict? Well conflict can be dealt with in a lot of ways depending on the person, some people get mad and they explode or other will go cry by themselves. Conflict is a big deal and a big part of life whether it 's a little conflict between friends or a bigger conflict like between countries, it is everywhere whether you want it or not. Their is even conflict in stories like in The Diary of Anne Frank and example essay from a student in studysync. Based on the text, one of the best ways to respond to conflict is through perseverance ,being straightforward ,thinking positive and to be understanding because this allows people to solve conflict and get to a reasonable solution for all the sides.

In Anne Frank she uses perseverance to solve her conflict .”I was scared someone one might hear it that I literally begged Father to take me back up” the way she used perseverance was when her family and her were down in a private office in the building they were listening to England on the radio and Anne was scared that someone would hear them or even worse see them so she kept begging her dad, Otto Frank to take her up stairs back inside their annex.
