Defective product is the imperfection of a product due to designing or manufacturing defect or faulty caused by inadequate instructions or warnings. A product is said to be in a defective condition if it causes any physical harm to the user or consumer who purchase it. If the defects products cause injuries to anyone who used it, the manufacturer can be found liable. This means that no matter how well the products are designed or manufactured, if a poor quality product left the factory and unfortunately it accidentally caused injury when used for its intended purposes due to the defects in manufacturing, then the manufacturer may have to pay for the injuries. Manufacturing defects is a situation when the product was perfectly designed with all possible care exercised in the preparation of the products, but the error or dangerous aspect was causing during the process of making the product. Unlike design defects, manufacturing defects normally exist in one or few items, rather than every product in line. Thus, just the defects products caused during manufacturing will be in dangerous instead of all the products. It is a mistake that was not intended during the construction phase of the products. The two most common manufacturing defects are the use of low-quality materials and the carelessness of the workmanship while assembling the components and oversee the production to make the finished product. Generally, the manufacturing and quality assurance will controls the limit of the number of defective products that are shipped to customers. However, occasionally a badly manufactured product may sometimes bypasses the systems that are in place to make sure that it is not defective.
