Defective product is the imperfection of a product due to designing or manufacturing defect or faulty caused by inadequate instructions or warnings. A product is said to be in a defective condition if it causes any physical harm to the user or consumer who purchase it. If the defects products cause injuries to anyone who used it, the manufacturer can be found liable.
