Ephesians 5:1 tells us to be imitators of God as children imitate their parents. As Christians we are to be Christ-like. We are to make Jesus our example. What He did, we are to do. We are to live as He lived.

He walked in faith and we are to walk in faith. When Jesus spoke, the sick were healed. When Jesus spoke, demons were cast out. When Jesus spoke, Satan had to leave. When Jesus spoke, the winds were calmed. When Jesus spoke, the power of God was in His words. And that 's the way we are to be.
